How to execute commands for a jukebox machine homemade?
You need to be more specific in order for your question to be answered. It may be a translation issue, but we really don't understand what you're asking for.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

I'm not sure if that's possible, but if it is it will be configured in Preferences > Hotkeys

There is a hotkey action "Playback: Play Now" that is currently mapped to Alt+Enter. I don't know if that's the default, or if somewhere along the line I changed it. I can't recall the last time I used it, so I'm not certain if it will do what you wish.

Interesting project.

Will you be able to assign specific commands to the controllers buttons and joystick?
Then by using AutoHotkey you might be able to achieve something.
I'm not sure to what extend, nor how party-mode fool-proof it will be though.

(having MusicBee in locked-down mode will also help of course)

ps:
There is a (funny) misspelling in the subject title, you may want to correct it, or else ask a moderator to do it for you. Not important, but people doing a search for jukebox won't find this thread now.
