Currently, for me, Help > About shows: 3.3.7175 P  -  is that not, at least in part, the Version number? 
Files > Properties > Details shows 3.3.7175.30239 (24-08-2019 @ 16:59).

I'm guessing the minor version number increases by one each time Steven recompiles a new version, and may not indicate a meaningful change.

I'm easily confused but I'm thinking v3.3.7115 to v3.3.7175 must equate to 70 changes / mods / edits / re-compiles / what-ever's - haha!
