V3.2.6827 Importing playlists and only the tracks they reference

I've found no way to import playlists and just the tracks they reference. Importing just playlists doesn't import the referenced tracks. The nearest solution imports the folder containing the playlists and referenced tracks, but also any unreferenced tracks therein.

A workaround is to then delete the unreferenced tracks.

1 Import by Scan Folders for New Files on the folder containing the playlists, the files they reference, and others, checkmarking

• include playlists e.g.

and wait to finish.

2 Click Library Music, right-click column header, and add field Playlist:



3 Click column header Playlist to sort by Playlist

4 Select all tracks for which Playlist field is empty

5 Press DELETE, click (*) Delete from Library only



and click Yes.
