Tag list in latest Library Report does not show up

I was having with the Library Report freezing up and also exporting only to csv, no matter which export mode I chose.  I went so far as to uninstall MusicBee, reinstall it, and reinstall the "Additional Tagging & Reporting Tools" plugin.

I haven't checked on the export issue, but, now I cannot create a new preset because the tag checklist column does not appear - only Preview and Column Definitions.

I suppose I am missing something?  Thanks.
