Hi,

I'm using MB 3.3.7261 P with a Virtual device having
- sync selected playlists only
- "media storage path"  specified as "preserve folders and filenames"

When I add the following to the playlist :
- MyBox - CD2 - Song1.mp3
- AnotherBox - CD3 - Song25.mp3

Now I Sync the Virtual Device which results in having on the Virtual Device :
- Music\MyBox\CD2\Song1.mp3
- Music\AnotherBox\CD3\Song25.mp3

Now I remove "MyBox - CD2 - Song1.mp3" from the playlist and Sync again.
I get the warning that both songs are going to be deleted. This should only be the first one.
I agree for deletion

The result on the Virtual device is now
- Music\CD3\Song25.mp3
The "AnotherBox\" is no longer part of the file structure.

Your sig states you're using 3.2, but your post says 3.3. Please confirm which you're using and correct the other one.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

I removed it from the sig because I always forget to update it if I'm in the need of posting something.
So the version mentioned in the post is the correct one being used

The "preserve folders and filenames" option doesnt work well in some cases so you best use another approach
