Dear all,
how can I set the layout with the musical genre at the top like in the picture below (vocal jazz)?

If you look at the sidebar in that image, what you're seeing is the name of a playlist. So you'd need to make playlists for your genres to get that result.

how can I have instead the setting as in the first screenshot with the musical genre written big (in the first image is vocal jazz on the top of main pannel)?

That heading you like is a playlist header. Try making a static playlist and displaying it in the main panel, I think you'll see what I mean.
