why I can't install

Hello everybody, I,m new here


I foolishly removed MusicBee form my Windows 8 laptop and now would like to re-install it again.  Using the downloaded file MusicBeeSetup_3_2_Update.exe I get the error message

Unable to access the MusicBee library path: \MusicBee\
UFABET1688

Pressing Retry repeats the message, and when I hit Cancel the following ErrorLog.dat file opens

I've tried re-installing and I'm stuck in the same grounghog loop.
