Sorry but how do you recognize correctly/newly tagged albums from incorrect ones without moving and excluding them from the library?

I used to use a custom tag for this that was set by Picard. Now I use s virtual tag in basically the same way, it makes sure all the required tags are present.

If I have all the albums untagged in library, I choose one, tag it, and apply the virtual tag. I guess you can't automatize this last step.

A virtual tag is automatically generated based on other tags. So if you set one up that inspects other tags for the correct info you want, it will be automatic.  Mine checks for artist and album MBIDs from Musicbrainz.
