MP3 SYNCHRONISATION

As my Ipod has a fault I decided to opt for a new music player.  I can't get Musicbee to transfer music files and windows does not recognise my new device.  As i am not a computer expert I was hoping that Musicbee would automatically recognise the player but clearly there is something in settings that I need to change. Any help is appreciated.

Officially, iDevices are not supported by MB. But if you search the forum, you'll find a number of iDevice related posts. Look at them all and you may find something that works. But if Windows isn't detecting the device, then MB won't either so I suggest working on the Windows part of it first.
