What external applications are available for MusicBee?

Can someone help me with parameters for "<URL>" for Telegram App ? I want to search in telegram for <Artist>-<Track>. Im trying different parameters, but opening telegram and nothing searched is my closest thing which I've done.

<URL> is full path to music file, it's not artist or album.

How can I have only one instance of SPEK open at a time? I tried "<URLs>" instead of "<URL>" but it keeps opening new instances for each track.

You need to configure SPEK to not allow multiple instances. This is not something MB can do - it's on the SPEK side. If you can't find an option in SPEK I suggest visiting a SPEK forum should one exist.
