It would be preferential if MusicBee's hotkeys for increasing and decreasing the volume would increase and decrease the computers global volume not just the players volume.

As it presently stands it just increases/decreases the players volume which means that you must have the computers volume maxed for these hotkeys to be off any use which is not very favourable.

@boroda:  Agreed.   @eathearty:  you might want to try some of the options listed here: https://alternativeto.net/software/volume2/ .  I use Volume2 but I'm one of those retro-people with Windows 7 so can't vouch for its performance with Windows 10.

Most modern (even most not modern) keyboards, including cheap ones have media controls. My $15 Logitech decade old keyboard has play/pause, mute, vol up, and vol down. I also assigned 2 buttons on my mouse for volume control.

It's really nice having MB hotkeys only work inside MB so I can level out audio sources when I play music over games for example.
