Sorry frankz, no hard feelings, but you're not helping.  I want to update the .MBP files.

And why you have to be so anti-cool tool?

Unfortunately, frankz is right that your best bet, if there's not a solution with relink music paths, is to batch edit m3us. You might be able to change your playlist format type and get them converted faster. I'm not sure, though.

You know, another thought that occurred to me if that if you have the files organized in a way that coincides with the playlists, you could potentially make auto-playlists based on folders or something.

I almost regret the $30 I just donated
For the record I don't have anything to do with MusicBee except for using it and giving damn good advice to others on how to do same.

And why you have to be so anti-cool tool?
I don't have to be.  I choose to be.

All cool. I just want some suggestions. I'll hack the .MBP format.

Thanks guys, I managed to write app to do exactly what I needed after switching MusicBee from MBP to M3U file format.

Would still like to see MBP file format changed to a more utility accessible XML format.  Since it can store some additional properties.
