Library always empty after restart

Hello Musicbee people!

I have just switched to music bee in ordner to revive my old mp3 library. After scanning the files from my NAS around 80.000 files, I am able to see all files in the program. So far each time I restart the software, the library is empty again and I have to drop in the files again. Rescanning the library for new files in side musicbee doesnt seem to work. only playlists stay. Backing up the libary files only results in an error msg.

I dont want musicbee or organize my files and just link to them from my NAS

any help appreciated!

I dont recall this issue ever being reported before. Make sure you have write access to the Music\MusicBee folder in windows explorer, and you should see a file called MusicBeeLibrary.mbl - also make sure you have write access to that.
