Suddenly doesnt recognize my S9

I am trying to add music and a playlist and suddenly MusicBee does not recognize my S9.
When I go to Edit - Prefs - Devices I still see under Configure the old name for the S9, but its greyed out and when I plug in my phone, nothing comes up as a device I can synch to.

Advice please?  Thanks.
