Hi, just upgraded to latest Music Bee Version.  All fine but my device is saying it is not accessible.  I have had Music Bee for 10 years and never updated before.  Not very PC literate I am afraid.  Please help.  Thanks

Sorry, forget to mention the error also says "Value cannot be null"  Parameter name:value.

Please help if you can.  Thanks.

Is this happening 100% of the time?
What exactly are you doing? Please provide the steps to reproduce.
MB version? Help > About
Please copy/paste anything in the error log from about the time the error takes place. Help > Support > View error log
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Hi Guys, thanks so much for trying to help.  I am just gone to File and had an error message come up as below?  Does this help identify what the issue might be?
