I was tag editing my mp3 file and a format modual came up with different codes i never seen and then it froze and resulted with a code and told me to come here. any idea??

Providing the mp3 file in question would probably help, as well as what tags you were editing and how.

I wouldn't worry about the mp3 file unless Steven requests it, but more detail would definitely help. Is this error reproducible? With what steps?

The only thing i can tell from the error log is you clicked the "move down" button in the tag inspector. I am able to contrive a set of steps to reproduce the bug but i cant imagine it would be something common.
I will provide a patch update later
