Playback:Play Previous track bug

Hi Steven. Thank you for MusicBee. It's amazingly useful program.

All versions have playback command bug if files time less 5 sec.

Moving through files is jammed using command Playback:Play Previous track.

The problem occurs when using hotkeys or when using navigation on the "player controls" panel.

Steven. Did you manage to reproduce this issue? Its very important for comfortable working with samples files.

I do agree there is an issue that for tracks of duration 1-3 seconds, you cannot make MusicBee go to the previous track ie. it can only replay the same track when pressing the hotkey, so i will fix that for v3.4 as its not straight forward to fix
