Favorite/Saved Time selection within songs....similar to Soundcloud

Concept is,

while listening to a file, the file being a whole album or a single file that is a grouping of an entire album or compilation.......
to be able to save the section/time/MARKERS within the song as a "favorite", which saves the time at that point in the file, and allows you to add a name, or add a text field for that entry, so you can go back to it......when you want?

This is already possible in MusicBee. It's called a bookmark. Look up Bookmark on the wiki for info. Among other things you'll need to activate the Bookmark node in layout preferences.

After reading the Wiki, ive got it worked out now, however
When I click EDIT to add a comment, none of the fields are available to insert text........
Ideas?

That information is drawn from the track, so you're prevented from editing it in the bookmarks node so you don't make a change to the original track you'd likely regret. It sounds like you're interested in additional functionality for bookmarks, and that does belong here on the wishlist.
