Playing songs from playlist

Hey guys, I've been using MB for a while now. Love it. There's just one thing that has been bothering me. Maybe the solution to this is simple, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Here goes:

When playing songs from my library randomly using Auto-DJ, I like to every now and then scroll down the list of upcoming songs and click a song further down the list. Now what I would want MB to do, is play that song immediately - which it does - AND skip all the songs that came before the particular song it in the list. Currently, when clicked, MB just plays the particular song and leaves the rest of the playlist intact.

I believe MB didn't start out behaving like this. Anyone any thoughts? Merci in advance :-)

What you describe, sounds like 'Queue next' behaviour.
Have you checked your settings in Edit/Edit preferences/Now playing - playing track list?
In case you haven't:  does making any changes there help?

I'm not able to reproduce what you are describing (in other words:  in my case, MB is doing what you want).
If you want me to (and/or others) get more clear about what's happening for you, please make screenhots of your settings of auto DJ and the ones mentioned above.

Yeah I did check that. Funnily enough, playing some random music this afternoon I found it working correctly. So: it must be some kind of bug. I couldn't remember it behaving like this when I started using MB anyways. My settings are all pretty much set to default, because I have never tinkered with them ;>

Of course, the 'bad news' is:  we don't know why...
It's hard to detect a bug, if you can't reproduce it...

So, for now:  let's assume there is no bug ;-)
(Unless you show further 'evidence'...)
