i just have re installed the application on a new computer :

I have this error when trying to connect to last fm.

Can you help me please ?

Unbelievably last.fm has also applied rate limiting to the first authentication api call.

I am afraid that means you will just have to keep trying until it works

I have no proxy nor firewall

I had the same problem.  And it 'automatically' disappeared...
(In my case, I had not yet responded to their verification mail, and retried logging in too many times before realizing...)
