MusicBee 3.2.6902, syncing to a Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 9 with the following settings:

Music Files: Music\MP3\*
Playlists path: Music\Playlists

Each time I sync, everything goes where it's supposed to, *except* the very last playlist appears as a duplicate 0-byte file under the default "Playlists" directory at the root of the device storage.

For example, assuming I have playlist1, playlist2, playlist3.  The result of the sync is:

Music\MP3\(all the music appears here, as expected)
Music\Playlists\(all the playlists appear here, as expected)
Playlists\playlist3 <---This is an additional 0-byte file that shouldn't be here.

Before you try anything else, patch MB to the latest 3.3 version (see my sig) as Steven has made many improvements to syncing. Most of them due to the (alpha) introduction of WiFi syncing. But your issue may be resolved with the latest version. Let us know how you make out.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Apologies - looks like this was actually the fault of the Android MediaStorage service, not MusicBee.  It just appeared after MusicBee due to the new playlists, I guess :)
