Astell and kern sync issue

Hi

In the last couple of weeks I've started having an issue syncing to my astell and kern ak70 mk2. When I add new music to my library and then sync to my device it's fine. But then the next time I sync, the same tracks try to resync even though they're already on the device. I cleared the sd card and tried resyncing the lot today but now every time I sync it tries to sync 9k tracks! This doesn't happen when I sync my Samsung phone but I've not updated the software on my ak70 so don't know if there's a setting in musicbee that might trigger this behaviour?

I'll download the latest version tomorrow just in case anyway but didn't know if this was familiar.
