I am new to MusicBee and I find it great.
I use it for tango music which is played in sets of 3/4 songs. Each set, called tanda, is carefully crafted to generate a specific mood/feeling to the dancers. A ball consists of approx 20 tandas one after another with a single song called cortina beetween each tanda.

I would very much need to be able to have the main panel split in 2, the top as the main panel today, the bottom for a playlist with the possibility to drag and drop from the main pane into a specific location of the playlist ( like it can be done today from the playing now panel).
here is a picture : https://www.dropbox.com/s/u2zna7h7t6f17mx/milLR1.jpg?dl=0

This is to be able to show side by side 2 tabs of the main panel.

The benefit for me would be to be able to build a playlist from existing playlist "lego blocks" (my tandas playlists) while the ball is dancing ( without interfering with the playing now queue which is too risky for a DJ).

Alternatively, an perhaps better for DJing, instead of a "second/dual/split main panel" it could be a "second/dual playing now panel", as long as it can be configured to another audio output ( headphones instead of music system)

the split could be horizontal as shown here https://www.dropbox.com/s/9n0iw8zej3z77ev/milLR4.jpg?dl=0 or vertical to look more like double deck DJ softwares.

May be a skin can acheive this because I feel MB is very close to this : the playing now panel to playlist in main panel behaviour is already working.

What do you think ?
