Artist Biography

I just recently reinstalled Windows 10 Home on my laptop computer, moved my music files back from an external hard drive, and then installed the Windows 10 store Musicbee app, version 3.2.6902 but it will not display artist biographies anymore when I play my music no matter how popular the artist is. Just to see if it was just the store app with this problem I uninstalled it and installed the desktop app but still have the same problem.  Is there a fix for this or am I the only one with this problem?

I don't know why but I tried playing some more music files much later and the artist biographies were showing up again.  Maybe my wifi network wasn't strong enough to pull the information before.
