MusicBee crash- System.OutOfMemoryException, system has plenty of memory.

I was using the Copy Tag function to copy data from one frame and append it to the end of another. Somewhere half way though the operation, I noticed that the computer screen did not have MusicBee on it anymore. The app crashed and closed. In the log I see:

Nothing further in the Windows event log. Now I have a big mess as my files are unsynchronized. Can this tool handle a large number of files with stability?

I can confirm that my system is not out of memory. Windows was using 6GB in total and I had 11GB of memory free at the time of the crash.

It looks like one of your plugins could be part of (or the) problem. Do you have the DLNA plugin installed? If so, that's probably it. It's been know to cause memory problems even if it's only installed and not being used. If not, disable -all- of your plugins and add them back in one at a time, exiting and relaunching each time.

Nothing further in the Windows event log. Now I have a big mess as my files are unsynchronized. Can this tool handle a large number of files with stability?

Which tool are you referring to? Advanced Search & Replace? What version?

The copy tag function is under the Additional tagging tools, I do not see a version mentioned anywhere, it is the one from the website recently.

Yes, I am trying to perform these actions on a similarly large group of files and I am running into these issues, thus why I asked.

I am hesitant to use Beta software as it is much less tested and introduces a whole new class of risks including catastrophic risks which should not be present in the public release version.

Since you wont upgrade to v3.3 then please stop the error reports. There have been a number of changes to made for out of memory exceptions

I understand, I reported the issues because the crash reporter tool asked me to please report to the forum. I am not unwilling to upgrade to the beta version (especially if my issue was addressed) just hesitant. Generally speaking release versions are safer and more tested than beta versions. I did download the package from phred's link last night however I didn't install it because I didn't see any change log notes. I just now saw the notes on the memory issues in a different discussion topic. Perhaps the change notes could be included in the download package so the user can evaluate them at the time of deployment.
