System.TypeInitializationException: Possibly after 3.3.7003 update

After launching Musicbee and clicking "Next" on the language selection dialogue box, I get this error dialogue:

 System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for '#=zscV_f3JqMTZkb6SYre4ZpOo=' threw an exception.

After checking the Error Log I find this.

System.EntryPointNotFoundException: Unable to find an entry point named 'MB_InitialiseKeyboardHandler' in DLL 'MusicBeeBass.dll'.

After replacing MusicBeeBass.dll with that of another machine it still gives the same error.

Try with the newer version of MusicBeeBass.dll (dated 8/30/2018) in this post, I don't think it ever made it into a regular update patch: https://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=27342.msg153057#msg153057

Fixed another person's multimedia keyboard-related issue.
