Saving tag information

Hi Folks

Just semi retired and I now have time to get all my cd's onto a musicbee so that I can download them onto my sd card for the car. The problem is that when the cd has been ripped onto musicbee. If it is not recognised I go to edit and then tag and enter the information and then save but it doesn't save and remains blank with no details except for unrecognized track etc.

Any suggestions please?

Hi, welcome to the forum!

When you say you're editing the track, is that with MusicBee's tag editor? Can you show us an example of a track this had happened with? Edit the track, screenshot the tag editor and window, then save. Then open the tag editor and screenshot it again when you see it's still blank.
