Comparing two folders

i have a lot of the same files in a folder and the other is in it's sub folder. How do i compare the two? I am very new with this program so excuse me if i seem very ignorant.

Hi, welcome to the forum!

If you've added the files in both folders to your library, you can use the Duplicate Manager found in the Tools menu to do this. My approach would be to have the duplicates saved in a playlist, and then sort them by Path so you can choose which folder to delete from.
