Musicbee not playing tracks

Hi
I have just bought a Dell laptop to replace my HP and am now having problems playing music with MB.  Music is stored on a Synology NAS on the network and played via a Pioneer N50A network streamer.  The system worked fine on my old laptop and I have set up MB on the new laptop identically as far as I can tell.  Music scanned to my MB library fine.  When I try to play a track it appears in the bar at the bottom of the page and the pause button is visible but it doesn't start to play.  The track also appears on the display of the Pioneer although the frequency and bit rate are not displayed.  Music on the NAS plays fine using Groove  through the Pioneer  so I'm thinking it is something in the MB set up that isn't quite right.  Any ideas anyone please?

are you using DLNA plugin for streaming music from mb? if so, first read plugin topic:

but plugin is not working perfectly and maybe you will be out of luck with it

Yes plugin is installed.  What I cannot understand is that my set up worked fine on the old laptop.  MediaMonkey works fine using its upnp/dlna renderer but I much prefer MB.
I have attached the error log if that helps.

your dac is rejecting connection for some reason. i'm not using upnp plugin, but try to play around with plugin settings. also you get more help on plugin topic, but plugin is abandoned by Steven (original dev) and nobody else wants to continue development.

Well, really didn't think it would make any difference but I tried messing around with the plugin settings and after changing the IP Address from 'Automatic' to one of the addresses listed sorted the problem out.  Cheers
