I am using version 3.3.6904 and have noticed that when opening the floating window to edit tags by right clicking a particular album track, the OK and other buttons at the bottom of the window are cropped, as the window cannot be enlarged only the top line of the button rectangle is visible.

Another issue I have come across recently is that after closing MB when Auto DJ is playing then restarting it, Auto DJ has stopped and has to be manually restarted. I have resume playback selected in player preferences so it will continue to play the last track that was playing but does not select any further tracks. Previously on startup Auto DJ would remain operational and continue playing and selecting further songs. A few weeks ago I installed the MB remote app on my android phone and it seems to have developed this issue around the same time so I wonder if its connected in any way.

Heres a screenshot as requested. Note the OK and Cancel buttons are cropped at the bottom of the window.

That should have been fixed a long time ago. Use the latest patch version:
https://getmusicbee.com/patches/MusicBee33_Patched.zip
unzip and replace the existing musicbee files

did you unzip and replace all the files, including "MusicBee.exe.config" and which skin are you using?

edit:
never mind - i can reproduce this using the windows theme skin
