Sometimes small changes are made without a official posting of it..use the notify if you'd like to be updated on any changes.

The DoBee skin uses the color scheme from the famous soft drink.

Did you know?
Mountain Dew was originally marketed as "zero proof moonshine" and had pictures of hillbillies on the bottle until 1973.

Things that could be improved:
1. The name is misleading: the skin is called Dew Bee, whereas on the splash screen and on the forum it's called "Mountain Dew Bee";
2. Sentences at the splash screen (really cool  ) should be written in bold;
3. When I launched help file (?) from the tag Editor the bar to scroll up and down is light blue - it could be green if it's skinable;
4. Rating stars in Player Control Panel at the bottom when the track is not rated should be gray not green, because yellow stars doesn't seem to look good at the red background of Player Control Panel. Greens stars are used to rate tracks in Now Playing and Main Panel, so maybe it would be consistent to use green stars to rate a track in Player Control Panel at the bottom as well

2. That wasn't the splash screen I had on before..was a mistake .
3 Hmm I couldn't find that. I'll keep looking to find that and change it.
4. I have the ratings stars ok in both main panel and tag edit.. I can't seem to change them in the player,  but will when I can.

And Ha Ha..were you being nice calling it "Fresh"

Hey well done. Not my colour choice but I can appreciate the work you put in.
I've been looking at the skinning potential for MB myself; I hope I can be half as creative as you have been

As far as the name, the Mountain Dew name and logo (at the splash screen) are registered trademarks and mustn't be distributed without written permission.
I'm not a lawyer, but the current name is risky I'm afraid. I suggest you to change the name and logo as well. What about:

A. Mountain Breeze 

B. Breezy Bee   

As far as the third, the scrolling bar in Music Bee help file becomes light blue when you hit it. It behaves the same in all other skins, so I think this is not skinable.

One more thing, the buttons in tag editor [...] RGB(255,245,174) should be a slightly darker to contrast better with the field background RGB(251,253,236). Maybe paint it RGB(112,163,142) and make the spots RGB(255,245,174)

BTW, I've clarified comment no. 4 in my first post in the topic.

I've found small bug in the skin:

<!-- 99-->  <element id="MiniPlayer.StarRating.Default" bg="230,230,230" fg="220,234,276"/> - the last blue value 276 should be equal or lower than 255 and higher than 0.

Sarge, I hope you manage to fix the issues and the skin will be included in one of the next MB major updates.

I renamed the skin to 'DoBee'
I changed the splash screen.
And I love a ice cold Mountain Dew on a hot day.

To win new users over MB the skins must be vary 

Please, do fix the last bug (276). If you think it's not a bug do the following:

1. Minimize MB to mini player view;
2. When in mini player view rate one of now playing songs;
3. Open MB Error log and you'll see the following: 2011-02-19 23:11:57 - Unable to load element: MiniPlayer.StarRating.Default - Warto?? „276” nie jest prawid?ow? warto?ci? dla elementu „blue”. Warto?? „blue” powinna by? wi?ksza ni? lub równa 0 i mniejsza ni? lub równa 255.
(In English it means what I've written above).
I've got about 20 such errors since yesterday

Indeed, when you hover the pointer over the Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons black pixels bars remain under the buttons. Please, fix it.
