The only reason I have Foobar2000 installed still is to use this one plugin https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_verifier

Sometimes I'd be listening to a song in MusicBee and the song would randomly stop. So I'd open Foobar2000 and run that trusty FLAC Verifier plugin and it always detected the corrupt tracks 100% of the time.

If this was ported to MusicBee, like in the 'Tools' section, I would finally be able to get rid of Foobar2000. MusicBee is so amazing but it's just missing this one invaluable tool.

If there is a stand-alone FLAC verifier, you could install it and invoke it from the Tools menu. You need to set it up in Preferences > Tools > external application.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

I don't know of any recent stand-alone FLAC verifiers like the Foobar one. The idea was to have it implemented in the program.

AudioTester 1.7 is a stand-alone that will test FLAC's for file integrity:  http://www.vuplayer.com/files/audiotester.zip .  Phred's suggestion will square you away.
