And even without syncing? That's right. Streaming via UPnP plugin is the answer.
(This works for not only iPhone but Android devices as well)

1. Install Steven's UPnP plugin: https://getmusicbee.com/addons/plugins/11/upnp-dlna-device-support/
2. Go to Preferences> Plugins> find the plugin and make sure it's enabled.
3. Click on "Configure" button. Select "foobar2000" from DLNA device profiles.
4. No need to adjust other settings. I only changed maximum picture size to show clear image.
5. Now Install foobar2000 app (it's free) on your mobile device.
6. Open the app and click on Media Servers, then it will show "MusicBee Media Library" under local network.
7. Open the library and find and play tracks or playlists. Enjoy!

If you know any other apps working for iPhone besides foobar2000, please share the information.
