CTRL+Shift in text fields

Is it possible to support CTRL-Shift in the search window to delete whole words like expected.


When I try that combination in text fields, I get another character, which I tried to copy-paste in between the parentheses "".
Or is that possibly an OS thing?

If you meant Ctrl-Backspace then I have put some handling in for the next v3.4 update
