Artwork and tag issue driving me MAD

New to PC/Android/MB

Have spend a significant amount of time moving over my very large collection.

All is good except two small issue that I cannot for the life of me work out:

1. An album (Lazaretto by Jack White) keeps showing the wrong album cover when synced to my phone. I've done everything - checked the tags multiple times, ensured the correct artwork is downloaded and embedded - no idea why it just wont stick.

2. One song on one album keeps coming up as "unknown" on my phone, even though it's tagged perfectly in MusicBee. I've checked everything.

Any ideas as to what the issue may be?

I should add - the issues seem to be associated.

The track that will not fall into line under the album also seems to refuse to have the artwork embedded. strange.

I've tried everything including completely deleting the albums from the library an re-adding from scratch, auto-tagging, everything.

I have the second problem with a few files, and it seems to happen to files with extra large artwork. What player are you using on Android?

Hmm, ok I'll try playing around with the album cover, but I don't see why it should be an issue, I don't think it's necessarily larger than the others.

Any suggestions regarding the other issue?
