This might be hard to explain properly but when I upload a certain album or single, it changes the album cover to another album cover I have, not being the one it's supposed to be, there's no certain album cover it changes to, just a random one, I know it's not a major problem, but it's kind of irritating to me.

What do you mean by "upload"? Where are you uploading it to, and how is MB involved? Can you give us a step-by-step of what you're doing?
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

What are your settings in Preferences > Tags (1) > artwork storage? I'm going to guess you're saving as folder.jpg and you'r'e saving the new tracks/CD to a folder where a different CD's artwork already exists as folder.jpg.

Move embedded to the top at the right. That way it's not picking up stray image files named those things and using them above your embedded images.

At the bottom right of your artwork storage screenshot look for "edit list." Click it and re-order the list so that embedded is at the top of the list.

Please provide screenshots of the album as it appears in MusicBee and then of the album files as they appear on your computer (the folder contents).

When you music download files into the same folder eg. \Downloads
then MB will pick up any folder art already in that folder eg. Cover.jpg
and if you later move the music file then MB will also copy the picture to the new location
So check the folder you download to and delete any unwanted artwork to stop it happening in the future.
