Better drag-and-scroll in Playing Tracks

There are some issues with dragging tracks to reorder them in Playing Tracks.

In Tracks With Thumbnail view, the scrolling takes off if you get to the last track in the visible list (or first, if there are more above it), and it goes too fast to be able to catch the spot you want. For instance, here I'm trying to move "It's a Man's, Man's, Man's World" to just above "Siempre Pa Lante", and I just can't.




Track Details is better, but you can't put anything at the end because it sort of stutters if you try to go that far down, and the last track gets hidden. Here, Birmingham is the last track in the list. I can place another track just before it, but not after:
