Some skins removed from the installer

In order to reduce the installer size/ cut down on bandwidth used/ costs etc I have removed some of the skins from the installer for the upcoming release. Users will still be able to install your skins from the forum topics/ skins page as long as a valid link is still available

Feel free to remove Pastels skins too from the installer as the files are huge. It could save about 1 MB from the installer.
