Hello,

I just noticed that Musicbee ain't rendering the Artworks and UI properly. The Artworks in the main window appear to be trimmed  in half and stretched vertically (like movie posters). The player control buttons/ Icons on the header including navigation icons are smaller and off too. Caption buttons appear to be misplaced too.

I've been using Musicbee for over a year now, never saw this happening before. I did an update to 3.2.6760 a few days back so I thought might be causing some problem so I downgraded to version 3.1.6590 but to no avail. I also changed themes, removed settings in Userprofiles but no matter what I do, it just doesn't go away.

It has ruined my Musicbee experience, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reading.

does this version make any difference?

unzip and replace the existing musicbee files

oh! yeah it certainly did.

It also works with other plugins, skins.

I can't find words to express my gratitude for you Steven. Your project is so kick-ass, I can't even think of any alternatives for Musicbee. May God bless you.

Edit: The patch has fixed it except for the scrollbars. They are way too narrow. Is it intentional ?

You can customize the scrollbars' width by following redwing's instructions here:

Also, check if "narrow scrollbars" is selected in Prefs/Layout(1)/general;  if so, de-select and see if that gives you what you need.  If not, use above method.

I've unchecked Narrow scrollbars option and now they appear as they use to (with the option enabled). Thanks for the tip sveakul. But now there's a new issue regarding the wave bar or progress bar in the middle, it's way too far across that it leaves no room for other elements such as volume slider and Last.fm button. How can I edit the size of the wave bar / progress bar ?

The layout in the last screenshot is intentional for when musicbee judges the window width is too small to fit all controls. However for the next update I have tweaked the criteria when that kicks in. Also I see there is an issue with some of the skins where the volume level isnt visible in this compressed layout, and thats fixed for the next update

It's fixed, thanks Steven.

Previously when I dragged the main player window around to give Musicbee more space, the wave bar just got bigger and volume slider stayed hidden until it went full screen. I think the better approach is to keep the volume slider and other elements intact while altering the width of the wave bar whenever the resizing of the player occurs, that way we can have all the elements visible simultaneously without having to stretch the main player window. This new patch seems to have fixed it, so it's good now.

Also, I've created a request for the option to disable the resizing of the player through dragging around.

Thanks for all the help Steven. You're awesome.
