MusicBeeLibrarySettings.ini and other settings saved in windows/user foler?

I download portable MusicBee app and I suspect that ALL configuration files are located in the folder I extracted the app in. But all settings' files are located in %CurrentUser%\Music\MusicBee folder (sfter first starting program).
Why?

How I can relocate ALL files (MusicBeeLibrary.mbl, MusicBeeLibrarySettings.ini, NowPlaying.mbp, ... ) into MusicBee's portable folder?
I don't want MusicBee portable app saves ANYthing in windows' folders.
