It prevents me from installing MusicBee & updating my podcast subscriptions

the error indicates MB is not able to create the folder:
C:\Users\grayj\Music\MusicBee\Podcasts\
eg. perhaps you dont have write permission to the folder

OK, but I am POSITIVE that I am the administrator. I checked the folders to make sure I have permission to write to the folder and I do. It also states that it's missing library.mbl or something. It says "Unable to access MusicBee library path"
