Since the closing down by Last.fm of the playback option of loved tracks for subscribers there is now the option to export those tracks to an xspf-file consisting of:
*opening xml version (1.0)
*playlist version (1)
*title (playlist name)
*creator (Last.fm username)
*info (Last.fm user URL)
*tracklist
* track **title (track name) **creator (artist) **identifier (Last.fm URL)
..
* track **title (track name) **creator (artist) **identifier (Last.fm URL)
</tracklist>
</playlist>

Would it be possible to import a file like that into MB and playback all of the files on that list that are locally available?

you can already import a last.fm playlist or make a playlist of loved tracks

right click on a new playlist/ List/ Import from Last.fm

Hi, I hope you help me with my ignorance: I am following the steps above for playlists of Lastfm, but I am not being successful. What might be wrong is what I am trying to discover. I select file+new playlist, right click in playlist+list+import  from Lastfm+loved tracks and nothing happens, and I have verified if I have logged in and sync to the loved tracks. Please, help!!!

Hey Habibhezed,

Have you fixed this issue yet? It does take a few seconds in order to import all the tracks into the playlist. Also, this only imports songs that are loved on last.fm AND locally available.

Hope this helps
