Strange behavior of tag identifier

There is one file that MusicBee doesn't want to retrieve correct tags from the net.

My version of MusicBee is 3.1.6590


That happens only when I try to identify the track by digital sound signature. On the output I get:

Artist: 小林建樹
Title: REPLAY
Album: Blue Notes-THE BEST OF TATEKI KOBAYASHI-

As an alternative I tried to feed that file to MusicBrainz Picard and that identified it as it should.

Question, how/why digital sound sign ID of MusicBee is different than on MusicBrainz? Is it a bug?
