Hello,
I am furious  >:(
I posted a question and upload a picture to clarify my question using all the links supplied by this website.
I did NOT try to promote anything ! I did NOT disrespect anyone .
I posted my question then Logged out  after doing a bit of looking on the forum.
When I came to Log back in I was greeted with this message.
AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED! Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum! This ban is not set to expire."
I ask you, WHY have you done this ?
You could have emailed me with the reason, but you chose not to.
There is NO easy way to complain to you , like email, phone.
I am very disgusted with the hole experience with you.
I know I am not alone in this happening to.
I have Googled this problem and found other people complaining of the same issue!
I ask you again WHY have you Banned me ???

What username did you use for the account that was banned?
When was your last post with that user name?

I banned someone yesterday or the day before whose signature was a link to prescription drugs. Which is considered spam. Which we don't allow.

Hi phred,
That was NOT me .
If you banned me it was by mistake,
you picked the wrong guy in the list!
You have wiped my account and posts.
I have been with you for years.
My name was Flourgrader.
I posted the other day !
subject was about :synchronizing speaker and highlight bar together
Photo was a screenshot of Musicbee Playlist showing speaker next to song track and highlight bar
You have banned my IP address as well which now makes it difficult to communicate with you
Will you reinstate me ?

I do remember the post, although not your username. That post most definitely had a spam link in the signature.
If you didn't put it there, might someone else have access to your account.

I will look into what we can do.

No one has access to my computer or account,  it's all password protected at my end phred.
And I don't know where the spam originated from.
Somebody else is responsible for the Spam! NOT ME!
Flourgrader: was(is)  my user name,
and I have been on the forum for years.

I didn't see the post in question but I trust phred's assessment. If you're not aware of having an unrelated link in your signature, then your account was compromised somehow (i.e. somebody got hold of your password). If it's a password you used for multiple sites, I suggest you change them all to be on the safe side. I've lifted the ban for now (I think, give it a try) but if there's another such issue we'll have to reinstate it. Be sure to take a look at the signature before you post anything else.

Thank you for reinstate me !
Can you please check to see if your old posts have reappeared?
And if so, send me the link to the one I removed yesterday?

When I am logged in under my user name FLOURGRADER
and go to profile Info>Show Post>Messages = None, Topics= None and Attachments= None.
I should have one  attachment from my last post as I re read it on the forum the other day before logging out.
If this is a Big Deal to fix it your end I can re write it tomorrow and post it?
TY

Thanks for checking.

I am trying to determine if we have a way to restore the missing posts, but it may take a day or two. In the meantime, I suggest recreating the most recent one.
