ctrl-tab does nothing on empty tabs

1. Make a new tab.
2. Press ctrl-tab. Nothing happens.
3. Click the original tab.
4. Press ctrl-tab. It changes tabs like it should.
5. Press ctrl-tab again (now that you've been moved back to the blank tab). Nothing happens again.
6. Click 'music' (or anything else) in the navigator.
7. Press ctrl-tab. It now works, now that the current tab is no longer empty.

OK, just confirmed that this bug happens on 3.1.6590 (the build I downloaded from the main page the other day) but not in 3.2.6728 (the build I just got from this forum).

Glad to hear that 1 out of 3 of the issues was quickly solved!  Others who are more frequent users of MB with portable devices will hopefully comment on your other posts.
