How do I change this penis icon?

Hi. I'm new with this amazing program, very happy with it until now.

BUT today I moved my "Varios Artistas" folders to MusicBee and now I get a "penis icon" and I don't know how to replace it or delete it.

Is there an option I don't see?

take a copy of the new picture, and on the picture, right click/ Paste Artist Picture

or in the folder:
C:\Users\<your id>\Music\MusicBee\Artwork\Artist Pictures\Thumb\

replace "Various Artists.jpg"
