3.2.6721 USB out issues

After updating to the latest version 3.2.6721 i cannot seem to get audio out of usb. Audio is being played through hdmi and also spdif. Can someone please guide me to a possible solution. Both wasapi and asio.

If it lends any insight, I just listened to audio through my Audioquest Dragonfly Black via USB in 3.2.6721 over WASAPI without difficulty, so it's not the version causing the problem.  Maybe reboot?
