Playlist manager - where is it? Where is MusicBee version#?

I have MusicBee on two computers, Win10 and Win7.  Playlist manager appears on the Win10 machine, but not on Win7.  I can't find it anywhere.  I think it used to be on Win7 machine, but now it's not. 

I can't tell which version(s) of MusicBee I have.  Both were downloaded in late 2017/early 2018, so they must be the same.

Do you mean playlist explorer?
Preferences > Layout (1) Left sidebar > Navigator > Playlists > playlist manager
