Is there a place to download layouts for MusicBee?

I want MusicBee to have almost only an albums cover shown, similar to iTunes. Is there a place to download various layouts, like the one I mentioned?

The Arrange Panels feature is a bit difficult to use for now.

You can use any playlist with the option at top right of edit - set Display to: Albums

also you don't need to use Arrange Panels feature if you just want switch mb to albums view. click on the button to the left of search box and select "Albums" view.
