"Arrange Panels" should definitely be in the file as "Sys.mdg.ArranPan"
many of the names in the second box are skin names and will be named as the skin author has set them ie. there is no translation

Hello... almost done with translating but I need clarification for the following strings:
#aTag.col.4737BA9B# country (is it genre or country as a nation with its own government, occupying a particular territory)
#aNum.ctl.8D9B6B69# pad numbers to a maximum of:
#Sys.ctl.BA920A95# upmix stereo to 5.1
#Dev.ctl.B1830CBE# k or less bitrate
Another thing:
Should I keep "minilyrics" as is, translate it or is it website?

1. 'country' is not genre. it's a state (not one of USA states, state/country in general).
2. pad ... to 2: 01, 02, 03, etc. pad to 3: 001, 002, 003, etc.
3. it was hard to translate for me because in russian there is only verb 'downmix'. this string means transform stereo to 5.1 surround sound.
4. i think there must be something like 'kb/sec' instead of 'k'. maybe Steven could hep.
5. 'minilyrics' is both website and program/plugin. don't translate, but you might want to transliterate it to arabic. or use english writing. it depends on your language traditions.

but translator must know 90% of what he is translating to produce as possible as good quality and sincere translation.
also after searching for hours I decided to Scrobble as Sync because Scrobble is to synchronize and suggest songs for users by help of Last.fm
